Key Things to know
Cub Scouts is for children in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.
We are open to the full family, with boy dens and girl dens.
While many of our cubs attend Highland Elementary School and St. Bridget School in Cheshire, we welcome kids from all schools in town, as well as outside of Cheshire.
Pack meetings are monthly on Tuesdays at the First Congregational Church. Den meetings and other fun outings occur in between the monthly Pack meetings. Parents should plan for 2-4 meetings or events a month on average.
Annual dues for the 2023-2024 scouting year are $196 (includes BSA fee + Pack fee), plus $25 for first-time scout registration. Fees for the 2024-2025 year will be announced shortly. Fees can be paid via cash or check. Contact us with questions.
Your child will need a uniform and handbook once they join, but don't worry about this for your first meeting. For a list of places to pick up new or used uniforms, click here.
The Scoutbook website is the primary way the Pack communicates with families about upcoming events and your child's advancement in the program. Please be sure to create an account and to log-in regularly.
